Salary for Entry level is good when compared to other companies. After 1 year as Graduate Engineer Trainee, next role will be as Senior Engineer

Very poor work life balance. 6 days and almost 12 hour shift is hectic.

Salary on time..and all facilities provided like house rent on time Rewards .L&T provided salary to all employees in pandemic time.

Nothing to dislike...As a construction company..L&T is provided all necessary resources to employees..

Salary will be on time and family accommodation will be given to married employees. Transportation will be provided by the company. For bachelor employees cook will be provided in their guest house for food, electricity, gas, accommodation will be paid by company.

Work life balance you will not get and promotion will be random not based on your performance.

Have rich ,proactive work colleagues & Seniors Salary Is always on time,and company has a very stable base.. And even the work pressure is very much people are very helpful and kind

Sometimes third party payments get delayed due to unwanted reasons.

All facilities are shown in company is only on paper for ISO Certification Strict time for in n out total 12 hours We should get increment effected from 1st April of FY but we get increased salary from June or July month of every FY Appraisal process is also on paper but they decided by there own on the excel data basis. Perks n benefits are there but they will provide on site accountant approval basis only. Medical facilities is there but in every claim we get deducted Rs 7000 to 10000 by insurance company and there is no option to reclaim or do enquiry No doubt L&T is a brand name in India but there is monopoly
