In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Salaries on time but Performance bonus is 3 months delayed It supposed to come in July months salary but It comes in Sometime September or October. Having big projects hence u will get more exposure to learn the things which develops ur confidence. System of handling vendors and procurement process are very nice. Payment of vendors good but sometimes delayed .

Dislikes

Strict timings, No Sunday rest , including holidays working. Promotion get delayed. Their performance rating system are very bad and generally PM doesn't follows the fair rating system. Execution peoples doesn't feel empowered to take any decision regarding vendor mgmt. Person growth are very slow and huges gaps founds in salaries and benefits in same cadre due to performance rating.
