Salary must be credited 28th of the same month. If 28th is holiday then it credited on before working day. Skill development functions are implemented.

Dislikes

There is no personal life in the company. Projects has no holidays and sundays. Every day is working day. 12 hours per day is horrible to any employee. Even employee works 12 hours he couldn't get recognition and appraisal from company management for his hard work.

Salary timing is ok.

Very bad company, work life balance is zero , office timings 8:30 to 20:30 bus work is very hard and daily working in 8:30 to :30 or 01:00 Am Meas 18 hrs. Working in office increment is very low.

It gives ample work independence. For one who is a get goer or who voluntary takes responsibility no one will stop him here and is encouraged. Mostly in other companies, they advise to stay within one's scope of work. This culture in L&T, I say is "enjoyable". This gives an employee "my own company" kind of feeling.

Dislikes

everything is fine. Some fixed monetary minimum increase in salary may be considered for lower cadres to overcome inflationary stress on cost of living. Company did excellently during pandemic by paying full salary without deduction.

It isbetter to work in other Marwadi company. No job security.this month you got a promotion,next month you will get CRF( COMPULSORY RETIREMENT SCHEME). DOnt take any home loan .

Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.
