95% salary goes to 2 to 3% staff only (top management & 8 rated staff) .... For accident they don't take action against execution staff instead they take action against EHS staff)... they have made system too much complicated

Salary only comes on 28th only one good thing remaining all worst condition. Only i will give EMI that's why i am here only.

Dislikes

Working culture worst, manager & supervisor role like king & selves role. Year wise increment also worst 800 monthly last time increment of mine. Family get together & picnic only on paper, Personal harmony lost .

On time salary. Food, medical facilities. Culture depends on team. Some teams are good and some are bad. Now your luck.

South people has been more prefferable to higher managememt. Increment is too low. In probation period no leaves. Performance bonus is including in CTC. It will be paid to you on the month of july. If you put resign then u cant get your PLR amount.
