...em should be transparent CTC shuld be pay monthly basis .no hidden part in CTC . Everything cleaority in monthly basis salary HQ HR should interact every employee on monthly basis and submit the report to HQ. HQ ,left the site totally on project manager and pm react with employee as miss handling . No work culture at site level .Engineer just feel as labour contractor.No feeling as Engineer.

Salary for Entry level is good when compared to other companies. After 1 year as Graduate Engineer Trainee, next role will be as Senior Engineer

Very poor work life balance. 6 days and almost 12 hour shift is hectic.

Salary on time..and all facilities provided like house rent on time Rewards .L&T provided salary to all employees in pandemic time.

Salary and benefits are pretty good when compared to other construction companies in the sector.

Dislikes

1) People working in HO will not care about the project sites. 2) Company posts freshers/individuals at HO who do not have 1% knowledge of how things work at project sites which makes site individuals work much tougher. 3) New policies are being developed and implemented without checking the feasibility/ground reality with which working at remote locations is getting harder day by day in this organization. 4) Unrealistic goals are given just to impress the higher management and same people will bash you for not achieving the targets.
