No work from home policy, No overtime whatsoever in HQ, Taking a long leave sometimes required very thorough explanation, Working engineer level benifits are less, more benefits are in managerial level, Take home salary largely depends upon apprisal hence more variable component in CTC, prospects of in house design in less, more focused on site execution and construction.

The kind of work and support from seniors is best thing you can get in this industry. You will also be supported to learn from external industries like IAStrutE, ATL and others.

Promotion and salary is typical as in every other organisation which doesn't allow an individual to grow personally.

As a fresher your growth is limited as changing projects is very tough and will impact ur ratings.. Also people there think working late means more effective! No work life balance

Worst politics at all level. Your career growth will will stop when you think innovatively, think independently and when you say no to managers despite your situation. Everyday late hours lead to poor work life balance. Moreover sometimes you will be amidst senior with poor knowledge.
