Good Company and Management with on time Salary and standard benefits provided to its employees. Good learning and Development skills training for its employees.

Dislikes

Appraisal and Promotion are very less in the company. It entirely favoritism and nepotism based. Dominated mainly by South employees, GET/PGET employees.

Only Timely salary. Nothing else.

Dislikes

Duty timing, work culture, old retired people, old technology, old equipment, old thinking, old procedure, old knowledge, dislike the old things. Nothing new, now even safe for new people due to internal policies of old employees.

Benefits in this company are very good in terms of salary and appraisals. But, there is no sufficient time to give priority to family since we work on all days including government holidays

Working hours... 14 hours including traveling per day 6-7 days in week. Work pressure. Less Leaves. Also work in national holidays. High expectations less Supportive.
