There is no personal life in the company. Projects has no holidays and sundays. Every day is working day. 12 hours per day is horrible to any employee. Even employee works 12 hours he couldn't get recognition and appraisal from company management for his hard work.

Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.

Salary only comes on 28th only one good thing remaining all worst condition. Only i will give EMI that's why i am here only.

Working culture worst, manager & supervisor role like king & selves role. Year wise increment also worst 800 monthly last time increment of mine. Family get together & picnic only on paper, Personal harmony lost .

On time salary. Food, medical facilities. Culture depends on team. Some teams are good and some are bad. Now your luck.

South people has been more prefferable to higher managememt. Increment is too low. In probation period no leaves. Performance bonus is including in CTC. It will be paid to you on the month of july. If you put resign then u cant get your PLR amount.
