Work Pressure is very high, forget Work-life balance. you are required to be at site a minimum of 12 hrs you cant go 10 mins early but you are required to stay additional 2 -3 hrs or whatever when it is required, there is no limit to it.Work environment is purely dependent upon your boss.

Its good organization to learn the System,Safety ,Speed & Hardwork. Salary & All park on time without any issue. 12 hr working with only 2 Sunday off in a month. Work-life balance is pathetic. Frequently transfer from one site to another. Always get a remote location.

Culture as a infrastructure company is very good. Our policies, EIP, internal system, monitoring methodology is best and helpful. Management in HCI IC is best. We have got one of the best BU and TFL Team with us. Opportunities are being for youngsters to shine and take responsibility. Client management is given importance. We take pride in doing it.

...ins me completely. One Saturday in a month can be off for Project sites also. Growth with respect to salary and appraisal is very poor. (Most of our top performers shift organization just for increase in salary). Work life balance with 12 Hrs of work is what it is.
