Salary on time good salary but poor increment, office politics and poor management can ruin your future. Hr doesn't replies on mail and also not receives calls when needed.

Dislikes

Office politics can ruin your carrier and future. Very less increments, only bootlicker people get promotions and increments other wise stick to 5%. HR is least bothered to pick up your calls or reply to your emails. No job security for contractual employe.
