There's barely anything to like about the company as they claim to help people with mental health concern but I feel they are the ones who gives mental stress. Really hates my experience

Nothing much.

Dislikes

Unfortunately for the company, the management is a bit off. Micromanagement, going behind people’s backs, firing them just because they see things in a different perspective. No wonder the attrition is high.
