Dislikes

Worst compensation and management is the worst.No training . The board and the higher management is abusive and not tech savvy. The directors and the chairman interfere in the day to day activities and are highly abusive.they don't respect women and are abusive.they don't allow people to take leaves as well and change policy from time to time. Worst company to work for..

CEO mentors employees well till they r with the company.

Dislikes

No rules, very bad ethics , no growth ,no onsite, no employee provident fund, stagnant , last month salary is never paid! Offer letter is given 5 months late. Relieving letter and experience letter is not given.. they make u run around n beg for your own salary and experience and relieving letters! Once u join ur struck there! Big pain

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
