no salary Hike. it doesn't matter how may year you are working in kyndryl. they do not promote and don't increase salary.

...osed to take meeting calls even when you are on paid leaves or on your weekoffs. And of course they don't pay even a penny for the extra time. No work recognition. Fake promises. Too much politics. I have seen politics in many company. But in Kyndryl, its top notch.

If you get good people then your work environment will be nice and you will also get support to survive

No proper salary hike it all your manager mood, Do not expect any promotion till the time your manager is not happy with you
