It was a good experience working with KYC EVENTS GLOBAL. I enjoyed my work. Very comfortable and helpful work culture people help each other in their duties. Team work and good communication culture is established here. You have the opportunity to grow with the company. Each and every idea is given importance. People are very polite. Anil Sir, the Boss is a very respectable and polite person.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
