Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

They only like tamil people they have more. Nepotism in this company they given quality and maintaince and designing only given for Tamil people. And the last one they give promotions only first to tamil people

...t of view and work experience q candidate can't develop himself as a engineer. In this company no career growth no such salary increment. Workin after year's a employee get only 19000 salary, so any one can understand.

Have no job security, hard working. Salary paid last date of month. Pf, bonus, Esic will provide. Subsidised food and free transport provided.

... employees. there only load unload work .... Like vmc , BTA, casting department. Salary and career both are slowly grow. From first day start your job and get machine. Have no proper training. Salary will provide low compared to local company. Senior local employees behaviour is very bad for other state employees

... Here very partiality to apart from tamil people. Management teams are not bad. Salary and career growth increase is very slow.

Here mainly operator job for diploma engineer , They doesn't provide proper training to enhance your skill and knowledge about machine related. They didn't support educational assistance .

Job security if want, dont think about this. last 1.5 year , employee attirtion is about 50%. Technical machines are less hence cannot learn about technical parts. no training will be provided, company thinks that training wont improve the work std
