As they are a mechanical firm, they assemble in the morning to do basic stretches. That really helps in a 9-5 job of complete sitting. Also my job is a desktop job so helps maintaining what little work-life balance I can salvage.

Dislikes

They have poor compensation and benefits and thus growth is almost non-existent. they'll blindly follow hierarchy. There's poor co-ordination and they continue trying to reduce people despite being under staffed. HR team is so volatile that one day you can come into work and be in a new department.
