Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

At school Level, work culture is good

Dislikes

KVS (HQ) work culture is very poor and Officers of KVS (HQ) have no plan to give benefit to teachers and no work culture to complete task on time. something happen wrong at KVS(HQ).

There is no job security, as every year new appointments takes place for contractual/temporary staff.I liked the Work culture in KV not only studies but also cociricualr activities,extracurricular activities and every festival will be celebrated enthusiastically.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't like is the interview for contractual appointment every year.
