Automobile is a fast growing industry in word, with new updates on each weeks and each day. It's very interesting to learn and study about new technology ,features, process etc ..

Dislikes

The work phase and work culture of different companies. and even the badtalks of the competition makes those features or process failure and loss.

A place to work till you retire. The complete credit goes to the management. The MD Mr. Subash Nair is a person with vision and kind at heart to employees.

Dislikes

It is not about the organization but the state which influenced KVR by the employee unions. Hard to make them understand and take the decisions

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
