... the end of probation. very hostile environment for non Hindi speaking people. Played politics and denied confirmation and appraisal despite of paying very less salary compared to industry standards for freshers. no job security PF benefits its small company ideal for people to learn quickly and move. people who copied in probation tests got appreciations but who took the exam sincerely are given notice.

The Management here is among the worst I have ever seen. Instead of being a corporate environment, it feels more like a place focused on fulfilling Mr. Ajay Prabhu's ego and creating a culture of subservience. I strongly advise thinking twice before joining, as the company follows hire and fire mentality. Its worth consulting Ex-Employees before making a decision. Mr. Ajay Prabhu believes its his right to humiliate people simply because he pays them.

Nothing Much to like They have very limited resources and the work pressure is high they will force you to do multiple projects and expect you to work 15 to 18 hr daily even on weekends also. no support from anyone. " If you do have not any option or you are a person whose last resort is this company then you can take a risk for one or two years"

Dislikes

PM - so-called project managers are useless they hire simply anyone who can read/write/speak English and call them Pm they sit on an experienced developer thinking they are running a project. All PMs are useless. Management:- No use no one replies to any signal mail they have started giving hike like MNC(Very low hike) but work wise they expect you to do like a startup, not a worth,

Likes

KVP has a great learning environment and is a great place for Salesforce developers at the start of their career. The management is very accessible and open to suggestions for improving processes and work-related issues. The training plans are great and the senior developers who train freshers are highly rated developers themselves. Appraisals are pretty fantastic and above industry-average. Great work-life balance.

Dislikes

Office facilities are not so great any more, although they plan to move in to new premises soon. Management's involvement in daily work is sometimes more than desirable.

K V P Associates is a Audit and Tax consultation firm. When i worked there i got lot of work experiences from different companies and the company atmosphere was very good. Actually i learnt lot of practical experiences

I didn't dislike the company. I got a better opportunity from abroad, so i resigned .
