Office staff is good and cooperative.

Dislikes

... rotational. If company give Saturday and Sunday off then it,s very good option. Company need to take care their old employees and give them good salary hike after year.

It was a good place to work..Team Management was excellent and i loved to word there. Appraisal policy was not good but the environment and office culture always stopped me to change the company.

Dislikes

Some bad decisions by the management and company's MD. Mr. Aman Aggarwal KV Developers is now in trouble. Its a bad phase that this company is seeing now a days ..But I am sure that this company will overcome with a new vision and a New KV Developers.
