That it's a WFH job & the lack of self awareness from the management made me believe if they can have a small working company then anyone can built anything they want without much knowledge about the subject.

Dislikes

No good leadership, even after more than a decade. They are still struggling to build teams, grow and have a understanding on how they want to operate. Every month they built some new systems to work, plus too much micromanagement and tracking.

Management is Horrible! They don’t treat people like people, rather like numbers that they maintain efficiency records of. And speak very derogatorily to their employees. They will tamper with your login data to make you work more hours and can fire you without reason.
