A well established company, Job security 100%. Salary on time including two bonus in every year.

Dislikes

Poor managements, Egyptian guys in top managements making foolish rules for destroying the company reputation and standards. Cost reduction methods are very pathetic.

🇰🇼 Kuwait Flour mills and bakeries [KFMB] is a state owned group.you will get your sallary and one bonus [2 sallaries] in a year at a time, Means if u will work continuously for 12 mnth [1 year] then u will get 15 month sallaries including 1 mnth leave sallary in a year.job security is 90% safe.

Management is very poor. There is no growth. We did not get out increment in 2022 as we signed on contract paper.

A good wheel company, under the Ministery of Kuwait salary and other benefits are in time to time. Up to 60 years any nationality person can work here. Job security 100%.

Dislikes

Top management employee treatments now in worst manner, work evaluation and benefit providing way is also not good. Especially department of Maintenance bad system they following.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
