Worst organisation, didn’t like anything

MD is so much annoying, No salary growth. No career path you will find here. Never join this organisation.there is 3 yr bond in between you can’t leave the organisation but you surely get disturb mentally during these years. Ask you to do others works than KPI and while appraisal they will ask where is your growth according to KPI.pls pls don’t join

Nothing to like. Just two words don’t join if you are mentally weak. Three years bond is there you cant survive more than 6 month here after that everyday will be like hell for you afterwards due to frustration you will quit your job without experience letter. I somehow managed to complete three years but I didn’t received experience letter.

MD is real hell king. Manager will never trust you. Work life balance worst.
