M working for jio from kutumbh care pay role there no increment policy, full hurshment of employees, not give weekly off, not doing work as per policies, working hours not fix, also there don't have job security.

No schedul or working, work pressure is too much, I have to work 12 to 14 hours, no growth/appraisal, no weekly off.

...g to do fake works fake entries even senior are including in all fake things . Company manager says that company got 200 cr funding so do what I say n get ur salary if u say something or take any objection so will make your hell. Once you denied to do fake work manager threat you.

Company policies were not so good but the salary was good and reimbursement of own money was very hard to get back, we have to wait for two months. For example January month reimbursement you will get it back on March. It was very hard.

Good work Environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.
