Company policies were not so good but the salary was good and reimbursement of own money was very hard to get back, we have to wait for two months. For example January month reimbursement you will get it back on March. It was very hard.

Here is no any increment after 2 year and no any facilities to other consultancy. we have 3 year experience but salary are not increase of this profile.

KutumbhCare is famous for holdings last month salary when they end your contract . Suppose you are a contract basis employee and your contract is going to end in April 10, but company will not send you latter of end contract in April .they will inform you at MAY 30 and will not give you your extra salary. They can terminate any time.
