Job security are are to weak,Work culture some time are good, Management are to un understanding, Police are good not perfect.

The maine reson are they don't pay basic salary when target is not achieve.This reson I not like this working place.

They donot provide the last 2 month salary ( i.e. june & july) .... so many Receptionists ; IT technician; Sales officers ; Team leaders; are lost their job due to this pandemic time as the company play a very selfish role towards the employees... Company Left us & doesnt provide the last two month salary as well... company is not supporting us any more... shame on the company.....

there is no fecility of salary increment..... which is the most embarrasing..... they increase only 500 rs. once in a two years 😊 ... an employee who is working here since10 years ; his / her salary is now only 10k rupees..... so if money dowsnot matter then you can join this company.... or if money Matters then never come to join this company .... its a bitter experience of mine... thank you....

Works in different field and know about direct sales person, accounts, cashier, stockist. Earn a lot of knowledge.

Dislikes

No Promotion is given except some selected persons who works in head office. Salary is very low but work pressure is very high. 2 months Salary and Gratuity will not provide after 60 days of resignation. No other related works/training will be provided for employees to self development.Work more then 9 hours but no overtime facility included. A lum sum amount is given as a salary increment but refuse to increase basic salary.

Very poor due to salary hold, hold 1 years six months bonus. No any holidays payment. Also not clear my pf data submission by company. Many time call them but they did not clear pf account and my hold salary and bonus and holidays pay out. Disgusting all team also service hod because they did not pick the my phone.

As per new service hod..........theory less. Practical less and logical less....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
