It’s a great place to work and grow dynamically in diverse fields, perfect place to put your ideas on the table. My senior gave me ample of opportunity to lead from the front holding my back. She is just amazing and I worked for 2.6 years with her. It will be great to work with her in future too. She opened me to meet opportunities and challenges in professional career to grow.

Actually not dislike but salary should be clearly negotiated.

The Company is a one man show. They are highly indecisive. Whenever they feel like, they fire employees without any reason

... Company. The location is pathetic. No proper cafeteria. Washroom is unhygienic. They don’t pay well. Seniors are always engaged in loose talks.

...agement is transparent.there is q huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good salary hike and bonus every year.

No salary break up disclosure prior to joining Hilarious Salary breakup, No appreciation for Hard work Promotion of no use, no salary increment in it. Less salaried employee will always earn less as the appraisal of 5-8% on TCC would hardly make any difference. Appraisal would be promised in April salary, but would get the incremented salary around Sept-oct along with arrear, in case one resign around may or jun, he would not be entitled for incremented salary. One cant keep an account of variable component of TCC, it may or may not be credited in any month or any quater of year.

Very bad experience .internal environment is full of politics at each level .no job security and job satisfaction .even they not full fill their promises made at time of interview .no proper use of ur expertise .
