...ey provides benefits to the upper management and workers. No benefits for staff. If you are joining there than must ask about what you will get in hand salary very clearly. When they have less order than they will forced to resign to the staff members only not to the managers who are getting very much high salary. Job security is 1/5. If you are planning for long term than don't choose this company.

I like company because of product and at our time all company team was very nice but after change higher authorities it is very poor

When i was in company at culture was good but after change company M.D. , company condition and atmospere is very poor. and pressant all running employ has also toomuch tired.and every time toomuch pressure at on work
