1. They says sop should be followed but there is no proper sop 2. Its like a road side shop, managers and cluster managers dont like the employee They will fired. They wont follow HR policies. 3. There is no equality 4. HR team wont responds properly 5. No managers stand for an employees 6. Pathetic policies towards employees and Customers 7. No proper customer service 8. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
