I learned a lot from kurukshetra University. It was a nice experience in terms of learning. It is not that costly, everything is available inside the camus at a reasonable price.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

The staff is not helpful. There is always a lack of funding and support from peers. The politics and issues among staff members in biochemistry department is the major drawback which halters and ruin your work.

I have been associated with this university for about 12 years. The cultural and study environment here is not at all suitable for students. Teachers, especially those associated with art subjects, have as much knowledge as illiterates.

First of all, I would like to say that Kurukshetra University is one of the best University in North India with A+ Grade. I always enjoy to work with my teammates as their is proper Coordination and our University is always looking for the career of students for their betterment. I always try to give my best to my staff and students for the best of their career. There is fully computerized working atmosphere and everyone is sincerely working under the guidance of our employer.

It's a government touch which is giving very slowly career growth. In my view, it's the main point which I dislike. There must be growth in career like private sectors.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
