I enjoyed being with kids and helping them learn to read gave me a sense of satisfaction. Flexibility and easy going of my director.

Dislikes

very low pay demotivates tutors and forces one to look for work elsewhere.

Good working atmosphere specially my franchise owner she is damn gud. Understanding and very friendly nature. Though I have not done any professional course in n teaching line but after being here for two years i can say from my children which subject bothered me a lot ( maths) I can teach easily now .

There is no dislikes but yeah u dont gets any benefits n. Perks

Likes

It is a after school program, where the students age group can join from 3years age to 12th grade students, I like to spend time with the kids, it improves knowledge also. As a result I get to learn many things like becoming independent, motive. When kids come for the class it's a opportunity to learn, by meeting with the parents, engaged with the kids of different psychology etc.

Dislikes

Good but growth is too slow.

The management and their terrible staffing. The fact that the top management is unaware of the real functioning of the revenue generating centers.
