I'll not recommend anyone to work in Kumar Resort, Lonavala.... No one is there to look after you and your work, so take rest, take salary but don't think about future, growth, job satisfaction, leave etc....

Totally waste of your time, expirence doesn't count anywhere, as most of the hotels and resorts knows about Kumar Resort...

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
