Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisals are fair .

Dislikes

On the job training is not given to new joiners and they are not give good salary increment and hike bonus every year.

there's no any job security, only work culture is good but not best in industry, management and policy are so so......

all other things are good but the environment is full of politics, in covid-19 management and staff not to support our staff many people are terminated by HR and higher management so my opinion that if any one want to join so pls ignore Kuldeep Motors Kanpur LLP
