There is Nothing to like no management no company policies work on gazetted holidays,

No job security, No Career Growth, No Increment, No on time salary and appraisal, No employment documents ( Like : Salary Slip, Appointment Letter, No HR Policies) No Cafeteria or lunch area in office, No personal life , To much work pressure, Work like zoombies. If you are working with kudos then forget about your personal life.

There is no job security, the working culture is very poor, management is not supportive, no company policy to benefit the employee. I don't recommend joining kudos. It's a Lala company.

Overall a good company but depends on how you build your own status.not much growth,little bit of politics,can manage if only you are working as start up companies.
