No job security, No Career Growth, No Increment, No on time salary and appraisal, No employment documents ( Like : Salary Slip, Appointment Letter, No HR Policies) No Cafeteria or lunch area in office, No personal life , To much work pressure, Work like zoombies. If you are working with kudos then forget about your personal life.

...totally fraud ! Not an organisation it's an Dawakhana ! Even they're fraudulent deducted the amount from the salary of their employees ! No capacity to run a organisation ethically

Overall a good company but depends on how you build your own status.not much growth,little bit of politics,can manage if only you are working as start up companies.
