To meet deadlines, some times one is forced for work on long hours than actual shift timings due to that personal life timings reduced. Timing is the only concern.

These guys call you for an interview and marketing head does not even talk to you. Unethical Unprofessional idiots. Does not even consider candidate's time and effort. Even an illiterate would not do that. The managing director is worse than a mannerless person
