There is lot of politics and the management does not address our issues salary is decent but creer growth is low there is a bond of 2 yearbefore which u can not resign on the job training is not givien to new joinees

Company is very good and family oriented culture.

Dislikes

There is strict working hours( office In time). It should be little flexible, So that family life and professional work life balance can positively handled by the female staff. Little flexible working should be for the female staff.

The Best company I ever worked, the management will always thing about the company employees and their work life balance . You can easy to approach anyone there is no restriction over it , they will respect you points and value for that. You will get the best manger who can support at anyway and anytime

They merged with company called escorts and which made me to dislike it

I am working here from past 5years and i liked the technology here in company that we learnt, and the recent senior and top management are more supportive here. Japanese staff in every department tops makes it possible.

Dislikes

The staff in between us and management are a bit distructive makes it a bit different feel, Japanese staff and managers in top of every department makes it easy in flow of work but the staff between them and us is not so constructive.
