The good thing about the company is I have learned many skills to manage work under different situations, not only at the site but also to deal with clients, with different organizations, different work environments and how to satisfy clients. Another good thing is that the company provides me flexibility to work with respect to the time, cause i am the head of engineering department thus I have relaxation to decide priority of work. I am completely free to make work schedule & to do list.

Dislikes

Company breaks its promise to me, they promised me for the increments after 2-3 months of training after joining but up to one year of working they did not add even a single buck to my salary, infect after one year and 4 months, company add only 5% increment. Salary day was not decided, oftenly they pay after 20th of the month, which was so terrible. Behavior of coworkers was not so well, there was no one who gave me credit of my any achievement but they always blamed me in any mistake, although the mistake was the result of my teammates themselves. I will give 25 out of 100 for the co- operations of my coworkers. Company did not pay compensations on time infect the payment of compensation is less then the actual expenses ( petrol, balance, etc.).
