...m otherwise HR and reginol managers won't support you due to some problem time . In branch and factory side they give low hike and given bonus every year.

Don't waste your time it's complete waste not much salary hike. But turn over is very high. Don't have courages for senior officer they are blame for workers no benefits for employees.
