Very low salary, for your kind guess it is what a labourer earn per day that's your perfect day salary, time to check in us 9AM but check out time is not defined it is when your last vehicle delivers, no promotion, little incentive if you sell there value added products that is also less than 10%, Maruti-Suzuki focus on customers satisfaction which they don't satisfy you have to do this on there behalf, customer should feel like dzire car is bmw or Audi in comfort. Too much load on workshops and area is small washing lines are so long that you have to fight with other advisors to make your customers car wash on time, it's a 10-12 hour of hectic job with very less amount of salary. Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good,

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No Job Security. You be be asked to resign any time. You can not take a single Leave without Manager approval, no matter that you are suffering illness or any other emergency.

Managers behave like they owned the company. No job security. You may ask to resign at any time any day. You can not take sick or medical leaves if you are working in accounts department.
