Management doesn't not encourage our work, salary is not as per agreed during interview, Take home salary is converted to CTC without information and when asked they will say this is management rule or company policy. Politics in Managment doesn't let you grow in company, all our work credits will go to Hod Next level will not promoted if HOD is not promoted,

The culture is a bit harsh and lethargic. The true potential of the oganization is far higher than the current output. Lack of ownership is a major problem here.

China made company but Indian management very poor knowledge to handling the production and very improper handling of human being for the production
