Politics in Managment doesn't let you grow in company, all our work credits will go to Hod Next level will not promoted if HOD is not promoted,

Almost equivalent to THE MNC STANDARDS, Good payscale within Coimbatore, Opportunity to learn and self develop.

Dislikes

The culture is a bit harsh and lethargic. The true potential of the oganization is far higher than the current output. Lack of ownership is a major problem here.

China made company but Indian management very poor knowledge to handling the production and very improper handling of human being for the production
