It was awesome to be part of organisation. Though their working culture is bit different but they do listen to employes. Process and clear not extra burden or pressure.

Dislikes

Make their own amendments.. concept of sick leaves. Casual leaves etc isn't followed ..even managers use abusive language sometimes to labours...
