It is a good firm for learning as the environment is very friendly with no office politics everyone is very helpful. The bosses are professional but at times can become a little overbearing, but that happens everywhere.

The salary compensation is not very high but if you become a trusted employee talking to the boss works. This is not firm for long term goals, you can learn many things but then there will be a point when it will be better to switch for better personal growth.
