The company is a lively workplace to work in. People are polite and co-operative. The Boss himself takes initiative in development of the company as well as the staff. The staff is more like a family working towards the same goal. one feels free to contribute their ideas for the growth of the organization

The initial compensation offered is low as per expectation for a qualified individual. Also lack of proper channel for flow of information among different branches sometimes leads to troubles and delayed deadlines.
