So much exposure for freshers as they get put directly on projects with minimum training.

...d. There is no work life balance, you have to work 13-14 hrs a day frequently. Salary is not up to the market average.

Good learning experience...You get hands-on in some really good technologies. Clubbed with competitive salary.

Expected to stretch the work beyond normal working hours, thus compromising on work-life balance.

Nothing much to like here, only good thing is that you get salary on time that too if they don't lay you off out of nowhere.

Dislikes

HR are bad, they'll be all sweet and nice at the time of joining but once you joined you won't get a single reply from them. Senior management is worse they will assign you new project every week and expect you to deliver in all of them. Want you to work like machine. No job security here at all and seniors are very toxic won't behave with you nicely.
