The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is low. The work pressure is very high.I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend calls in the evening and some times late into the night.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

Dislikes

No job security and career growth. Salary and appraisal not coming on time . I got only 1 increments in my 5 years working. And lot of politics in company. Only south Indian is good and getting more without any work.

worst culture, wasted my one year nothing. Its my request to any one who joins in future, Please take a through feedback from existing and ex employee before joining. This could be the worst decision you might take joining this company

Dislikes

No Culture of this company, You might be fired anytime for no reason. Crippled handicapped director he is so egoistic that he fires employees if you attend a meeting with him.
