Too many thinks like don't give salary on time. Worst experience ever I have in my long journey of teaching. They bully new teachers they don't have sense to how to talk or co-operate with colleagues. The coordinator of middle wing was always shouting on new teachers she don't have patience she always underestimate demotivate the teachers and the behaviour of other teachers towards newly joined teacher is very unfair. They don't want to share the details they not even help even after asking for it. I have worked in many schools but this is my worst experience of working here. They don't even inform the teacher that there replacementa are finding and they just tell them to leave without any prior notice. They have there own bank accounts where they deposit salary according to the govt norms and then take the half of the amount refunded from teachers. Create pressure over one teacher to handle all the classes. They just have to take admissions only education level is very much low and the treatment towards colleagues is worst.

I worked at K.S.K academy for 1.5 year. I was not satisfied with their methodology of teaching. Teacher were not getting salary as per CBSE norm. They were giving 25percent of salary but on paper it was full. Moreover teacher don't get respect for their work

Behaviour of owner. Strict rules for teachers. Salary deduction, penelty , time table

It's the first platform to give me a chance to show me my talent and promoted me Tgt to Pgt , students are well disciplined and have good interaction with their teachers.All admin members talk softly to their teachers and give them good atmosphere to work in a conginial envoirment and make easy their work load.

Dislikes

... my best, even working well but not getting appreciation from managing director.I don't like the salary scale

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
