Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No salary structure, only if you are close to any director, you will get good salary hike.Nothing to learn. No job security. Directors are very arrogant and rude. They used to reduce your salary without prior notice or information because company don't have any project. And no work culture. only people who benefit company at certain time, they are entertained.
