Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The patients are really good and appreciate all the little efforts you put into teaching.

Dislikes

Favouritism works here, you are not respected on the basis of your work, but how much buttering you can do. The salary and the increment is the worst part, they'll make you work for everything and give you peanuts in return. The local people are given the priority even if they're not working. And the worst of all, they don't promote you, there's nothing new to learn. Same stagnant environment.
